It will be returned when you un-stake. Two staking options are available: **Training:** Stake your NFT in an escrow account to earn a standard amount of $GEMS. * Earn 6 $GEMS per day * You can un-stake and harvest [$GEMS](/whitepaper/tokenomics/usdgems.md) at any time. * You can [add more champions](#adding-more-champions-to-the-training-yard) at any time. **Quest:** Stake your NFT in an escrow account and lock the staking for 30 days to earn 1.5x amount of $GEMS. * Earn 9 $GEMS per day. * You cannot un-stake until the end of the 30-day period. After 30 days, you can un-stake to add additional champions. If not un-staked, the champions will continue to earn 9 $GEMS per day. * You can harvest $GEMS anytime. * You cannot add additional Champions to the Quest once they're sent. You must wait until the end of the Quest period to send additional Champions.
